Claus for reunion bug

Mine restarted this evening.  I went in to complete a task and start another one, and it said I didn’t meet the deadline, even though I had 2 days left.  And now when I just went back in, it started me from the beginning.  ☹️

Mine did the exact same thing! I was just about done and it sent me back to the beginning, even though it shows check marks on all of the goals. I am so sad. I contacted EA Help, and all they did was send me here.

Same thing happened to me! It reset to the beginning yesterday morning, but all of days have green check marks. So upsetting since I used so many LP to get them all done in time!! 

EA Help didn’t even respond to me.  🙄

I bought the boost for this event and never received it, I definitely could have finished it in time with the boost I was almost done when it ended. I got the notification that they resolved this issue for other players and gave out some LP for the troubles but mine wasn’t resolved :/ didn’t get the boost and didn’t even get any free LP lol. Really sad bc I was so close to getting the cottage 😭

Got 7 of the 13 tasks complete, and then the restart with those 7 tasks still checked off.

Same here I was halfway through my Claus For Reunion, but 2 days ago it went all dark and it started over even though I had 4 days left. I was working on the last goals for getting the land house

Right now you can see what I have achieved but the game still want me to start at the beginning again.

Please help, sad to lose the progress and all the LP’s I’ve invested in it……

Exact same issue here, I contacted support and they told me to post on this thread 🤷🏻‍♀️
