My sims Freeplay game logging me out

Every since they removed my Enhanced Lighting edition from my game, I’ve been getting crashes or completely pushed out of my game while playing it, I have dispute this multiple times and the supporters they can’t help, that don’t set right with me, I need the people behind the scenes to correct the problem I’m showing them with attachments
