Cloud Save Connection Failed error message

As long as one of your devices doesn’t have access to the cloud, you can’t switch between them. The auto save would not help, because it also needs access to the cloud.

The screenshot shows what I said in my former post. The game will only open after saving to the cloud.

I have the same issue, how do we get them to fix the game?

I can't access the game at all, since Sunday, 06/04/25. It is not my network connection.  Had to play it "offline", and  can't get to the party boat. Seems a lot of others are experiencing the same issue, while some players are able to progress in game play. Hope developers address this soon. 

Yes, but what happens if you need to change your device... You need to save the cloud in order to download it in your new device. I turned it off but if want to use the cloud in a different device, so? 

The automatic save happens while opening the game. If the game can‘t connect to the cloud then, it would not open at all.  
That’s one of the reasons why I switched that button off. 

Hors connexion sa fonctionne sur le tel ou g un message d'erreur et sa enregistre mais impossible d'accéder au cloud 

Par contre sur le tel ou g commencer le jeu g pas de message d'erreur de connexion au cloud tant pis je vais continuer sur celui ci ! J'ai contacté le service qui. S'en occupe il était pas ai courant 😭 il m'ont dit que il voulait d'autres infos mais je n'arrive pas à les avoir pour le moment.... Faut activer le cloud auto je crois ...

Same problem, cannot accesos to the Boat Party neither Save the Cloud.
