No sound in the Sims FreePlay

My The Sims Freeplay has been without sound since the last update. I've done everything, restarted the iOS, installed the game again... and nothing works. I contacted EA and it seems that no one knows how to solve my problem. I'm looking for help and I thank you in advance.
