Car not showing

Did you possibly place the car somewhere on the lot? If you buy a new car then, it won’t land in front of the house, but on the spot the replaced car was. 

Hi Erin! Thanks for your response. The old car stopped showing in front of the house. I have no idea where it’s at. The game glitched and I haven’t seen it since. I thought if I purchased a new one it would possibly show, but it didn’t. Thanks again!

Just asking for me to understand: What does “the game glitched” mean? Did it suddenly close/crash? 

However, if the car isn’t at the street and not on the lot, you may need help from Online Support. Did you contact them already?

The game froze. The Sims wasn’t moving and then it shutdown when it came back up the car was gone. The only house missing a car is the house I was in at that time.

 I contacted support several times and they haven’t had an accurate solution for me, so they suggested I post on here.

To me it looks like someone needs to step in to your game. But since we are just players like you, we can’t help within your game. The employees at support know that.

I can only tell you what I would do now. I’d move my Sim to another home. After taking everything from the effected home into inventory, delete it from town map and build a new home. Since this can be really costly, I’d ask the support if they could provide some currencies. E.g. for an architect home with a car.  Of course it’s just an idea and up to you, if you want something like this. And it’s up to the support if they can help out with so many simoleons.
