Coming of age quest

With the new sims freeplay update, preteens can have a birthday and become teens if you complete the coming of age quest in level 23. I'm on level 29 so how do I complete the quest and get a teenager?

    After I made the alien doughnuts I was able to start the quest. The quest came up as a set of goals to complete.

    What is the alien?  How do I feed it doughnuts? (I'm at level 24)

    You have to complete the mysterious island quest to have the coming of age quest to come up.

    I unlocked the quest Imade donuts and read the big book of stuff and I'm currently watching a movie marathon... What comes next???

    I've completed the coming of age built the uni, and done the terra quest, I still cant age my preteens, it says I need to do the coming of age quest. Is this another bug, im getting sick of them.

    Don't literally feed him doughnuts. Just bake them with the oven (I believe they take 8 hours and have the possibility of burning)...I just make a successful batch (I'm assuming).

    Did you find a solution? By the time the teen update was installed, I wad already on level 27. How do I go back.

    I'm on level 27 and when mysterious island came out I was on 20 and when the coming of age quest came out I was on 27 what do I do to get those quests?

    Somebody help me the teen quest is about to end and I never got the quest or the mysterious island quest i finished all the alien things and nothing happened helllllpppp!!!!

    I am stuck with two babies.  I can't go back to Level 11 for the Toddler quest.  Anyone out there know how I can get back to accomplish that quest??  I'm really annoyed.  There's got to be a way with my new Kindle to get back there.  Right??
