Crafting Station seems to be stuck.
My sim made candles and is now stuck at the crafting station. There's no exclamation mark or anything to click on to close the task

This is a bug report, important bug. So my sims is doing art and craft challenging, and then when they done they don’t show up the button for me to collect the prize. And my sims is stuck in they place, i was in build mode when this happen. I see my sims is done so i log out build mode to collect. The button is show up when i out but then it disappear quickly, i don’t get the video footage but i take a picture. This is a important bug because it make my sims become stuck and can’t not collect art and craft stuff.
Date of this happen: 14:21 (GMT +6, in Vietnam) Friday, 26/7/2024)
Device: IPad (mobile)
Try calling over another sim and then tap the waving stuck sim
I assume you have done the basic trouble shooting
Close game, restart
Shut down device, restart
log out, log in
Shut off VPN
Tried a different connection, WIFI, cellular etc
Tried a different device, for you an Android whith a different OS would be preferred, if someone normally play on Android an Apple device would be better
iPad does not mean much, more than it is an Apple product
What model and iOS does si it?
It is a huge difference between an iPad2 running iOS 12.5.5 and a Gen 10th running on iOS17 something or a Pro or Air

I’m also having this bug problem, and your response doesn’t help. Please fix this bug because it causes us trouble
- @minicha-em oh, i know this. This is the only way to collect art and craft item now. If they is no sims available then the sims stuck will stuck they forever until some sims can go to the lot
Did you ever get the bug fixed ?
2 of my sims were in the middle of making candles, then they both froze for hours. I couldn’t unfreeze them. Then 1 unfroze but the other still stays frozen. I can’t do anything with him. Anyone else having this issue? Please let me know what to do.

I've the same problem with my sims, they are stuck and I can't get the candles
I found that if you tap on the sim, it will collect the candles but that doesn't work with the pottery stations which have the same issue.
Call another sim over from another house and tap on the sim at the stations.
- @MDlovesims425 I got mine unstuck the first time this happened but so far no luck with this time. It glitched at one point and I got a bubble with candles but i accidentally moved my screen and it disappeared 😩

and while you are there, ask for compensation
