Can’t retrieve data

Hi 

I’ve been playing Sims free play for the last months with my daughter on my tablet (Lenovo) but today I couldn’t access the game as I normally just open directly from the app. Now I had to login but I’m not sure which account is conncected to the game and no matter what account I try logging info I can’t retrieve data. Can anyone please help ?
