Do expired architect homes come back?
I had saved up to build one of the architect homes I saw yesterday that I really wanted, but by this morning they had already refreshed to the new ones. Do these come back anytime or are they gone permanently?

Some will come back, some don't.
New AR Houses comes every (other?) Friday, not sure if it is every week or every 14 days
If you're saving for an AR house, keep that in mind, that it can change on Fridays
