Downtown developer 6 missed time
I don’t think it’s fair that you spend SP and money to complete a developer quest, in my case probably at least $100.00 or more, just to unlock an empty penthouse because you didn’t complete it in the time limit. I don’t know where I’ve been but had I known this would happen I would’ve never played the quest or at least spent money on SP. If you spend actual money and SP you shouldn’t be given an empty lot! I’m upset.
