Menu Scrolling Issue

Some menus aren't scrolling down and/or don't fit the screen. 

E.g., 'Capsule' menu under craft challenges (Glamourous Getaway) and 'Mystery Boxes' menu to see the amount of keys collected.

All software and app updates are up to date and issue still occuring

Any tips?
