i need help. my progress has been blocked on day 4 on the second house in dusty dwelling i can not figure out how to meet the nextdoor neighbours using a phone i’ve put multiple different phones i’ve tried multiple sims and nothing seems to work ive even reset my game i’ve done everything the option will not pop up. any ideas on why?

After tapping a phone, is there an arrow at the bottom to swap the page?&nbsp;Guess, you know that preteens can’t help in Sim Springs.&nbsp;
