DYI Basement debacle

Question

SOOOOO... I really must've messed up bad because I was directed here after 4 days of tech support trying to fix the problem.

I'm on the DIY Homes: Basement of Kings- I finally got to the point in the quest where Bree asks you to go back to your Sim home and build a basement. So I get to my house and create a basement room and get the next step to "Buy Electronics and Furniture".
Before I could do that I accidentally deleted my basement and it won't let me build another one. My game is stuck at the next quest but I can't complete it because there's no where to put stuff I bought!! Haaaalp

So my suggestion depends on when you last saved to the cloud or visited one of your neighbors (which also saves your game to the cloud). If you saved to the cloud recently, but before you built the basement then all you need to do is delete the game app from your phone and reinstall it. When you get to the choice of starting a new game or loading from the cloud, choose cloud. This should get you back to before you built the basement.&nbsp;

Yeah I tried that.I also forgot to mention that I actually purchased simoleons right after I deleted it because I didn't know I would be having this problem and I wanted a bigger basement. so it all saved at a point where I now believe this may not be fixable and I'm really pissed lol

Since support sent you to this board, which is a player to player help board, you are probably correct that it is not fixable. I am going to make one more suggestion and that is to check the "Girl Who Games" blog and see if anyone else has had a similar issue.
