Error 1111

Okay so I bought something from the online store, but I have not received the items yet and every time I go back into the store I get the error 1111 message. Does anyone know how to fix or how I can get my money back since I have not gotten what I paid for?

    This update is very buggy

    Many have had issues making purchases, so you're certainly not alone

    Have you tried "restore purchase"?

    Green ... button > "i" and restore purchase

    If that don't work

    You can either contact TSFP support or the Store (App Store, GooglePlay or Amazon - it' depends on what device you're using)

    I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers

  • Well I tried all of that, but restore purchases apparently doesn't work for lp purchases and Google can't do much due to the purchase having gone through. It seems to be a problem with ea. 

    I have also made a request on Firemonkeys so I hope I'll get a reply there. I don't know where else to go.

    So in this case, we are of no use to you - other than what I already done, the "restore", contacting store and linking to support - which you already knew, but for those with the same issue - and from what I see around FB - there are plenty, they might not know where to start hence me going through it anyway

    Google usually allows you to revoke a purchase within 24-48 hrs, depending on product it can be longer, keep that in mind if it happens again

    Google Play > Payment and Subscriptions >  Budget and History (not sure if that is what it is called in English - looks like a list, torn at the top and bottom), select the item you wish to return (you can not select it if the time limit on return have run out) > show > scroll down > repayment policy > scroll down and choose your option

    I am sorry but that is all I can do

    I wish you luck with Firemonkeys - they're pretty good at sorting things out

  • I've had this problem too for days but don't even get to place the order.  If you contact your purchase store ie google play etc., they are usually very good in organising a quick refund.

    i seem to have this problem pop up every now and again, i have tried trouble shooting it with uninstalling the game and installing it again to resetting my device & internet connection but none of that worked for me until i clear my storage & cache in the sims freeplay app info. here's how i did it:

    - Save your game into the cloud using the option buttons on the right bottom corner of your in game screen (make sure it is saved & gives u a msg that says it expires in 7 days)

    - Quit the game

    - hold the sims freeplay icon on your device to go to your app info

    - go to storage & cache

    - clear both storage & cache

    - give it a few minutes & load the game again

    This should let the game reset the system as if you uninstall the game and it will update the game, it will take a few minutes depends on your internet connection and device but make sure to let the game load completely without interruption. Once the game fully load it should ask if you want to use your most recent saved game and should be able to download it, once this is done the game should automatically display or have your purchased item in your inventory.
