Game Crashing

Does anyone else’s game keep crashing once you’ve selected a certain building/lot? Anyone’s game crashes when you select sunset mall? IT support wasnt able to fix the issue lol, they tried but its still there. Cant build anything cos the last thing i did with sunset mall was build the shops and because i didnt get to go in and complete it, i cant develop my other lots either.
