I have tried clearing the cache, restarting, Internet is strong, I tried disabling auto download to see if I could play without it downloading more content - I have plenty of room on my phone storage.... It's a Galaxy Samsung A10e phone. I'm at the end of my wits with this. It started Tuesday and every day this week, I've tried to fix it and nothing works. I don't want to risk uninstalling and reinstalling because I might lose progress, or would that be safe if I log in with my Google Play account? I really want to play. Can someone please help?
