finishing tall-tree house

I’m trying to complete the treehouse mission, but I see no option to buy the house if I press it it said I have to finish the road to the tall treehouse, but it’s not possible. There’s no button I can click. Does anyone else have the same problem because I can’t finish the mission if I can’t buy the house
