Crash and Bugs

The Sims FreePlay has several crashes and bugs. Began with neighbors with cake farms. I would complete a task and when I would send the Sim home, the game would crash and close and reset the task a remove the SP I had just earned. The game started to crash when I would visit most neighbors. So I deleted all 28 neighbors (unfriended from FB) but kept one. Game crashes to attempt to go to the community marketplace, therefore I can no longer complete the daily tasks. No more key collecting for me. I can no longer complete development tasks for Sim Springs. Stuck! In Sims Springs - Tall- Tree House, the task investigate investments will not clear and give me the reward. I’ve completed this task 4 times now (maybe more) and it became a left over task. I even completed it as a leftover task and it will still not complete on the task list. I even used  21 SP so I can skip the task and nothing happens. It’s just frozen. 
Simchase is becoming too time consuming. I’m just about ready to delete the Sims FreePlay and be done. It’s too annoying and no one knows how to fix it. It’s just not fun anymore.
