Fire monkeys are scammers
After months and countless unanswered emails from Firemonkeys support, I'm tremendously upset. I contacted support because of an error that never delivered multiple orders of simolenons, life points and social points. But my credit card was charged for each order!? At first they responded nicely asking for the full order numbers, but once I sent all required information...radio silence from their end. FOR MONTHS. It's blatantly disrespectful, rude, and completely unprofessional. I've come to the conclusion that these "Error"s were perfectly timed to scam me out of my money.
