Bought the massive LP monthly card (as I have done previously with no issue) and have been having the same issue as everyone else. Reported it in-game and got some of the bonus - but the rewards have never turned up. Back and forth with the in-game support, sending multiple screenshots and my purchase receipt, and the 24 hour turn around for a reply and nonsensical responses has made sorting anything out impossible. Given no support ticket number ... Tried the chat on EA and was just condescended. Have now asked for a refund via Apple. I really want to get the SP pass as I use the points to restock during the craft challenges but no-one can tell me if it will have the same issue.
Edit - And the person on the EA chat said it wasn't a known issue and no-one else had reported it... So that is a bit fibby
