Fix the Monthly LP card, plz

I have ordered (and been charged for) this thing THREE times now, and it goes back to ACTIVATE the minute I collect the daily bonuses. So either give me 3X the normal amount or refund my account accordingly.  😝Thx

 

Btw - It’s not just me. 😂

  • Bought the massive LP monthly card (as I have done previously with no issue) and have been having the same issue as everyone else. Reported it in-game and got some of the bonus - but the rewards have never turned up. Back and forth with the in-game support, sending multiple screenshots and my purchase receipt, and the 24 hour turn around for a reply and nonsensical responses has made sorting anything out impossible. Given no support ticket number ... Tried the chat on EA and was just condescended. Have now asked for a refund via Apple. I really want to get the SP pass as I use the points to restock during the craft challenges but no-one can tell me if it will have the same issue.

    Edit - And the person on the EA chat said it wasn't a known issue and no-one else had reported it... So that is a bit fibby

    Bought the sims freeplay massive lp monthly card, and am not getting the daily rewards, nor the bonus. Reported to ea, and they said it's a bug. Told me to report here.

    When I didn’t get all stuff I bought from the Online Store, the Supporter advised to contact the App Store. So I did and got refund.  
    Hope, this helps!      Nevertheless you should contact the Online Support, so they get to know that there’s something wrong and can step in for future purchases.
