FreePlay Replay already glitching

So I've seen on reddit that some users have already finished Freeplay Replay because of a glitch that unlocked all the items after a single craft session. My game is glitching the opposite way. I have earned more than enough candles and constructor coins to unlock the first prize -- the handbag and shoe closets -- but they still show as locked. I even restarted the game but that didn't fix it.

The top numbers are my inventory, the bottom numbers are the requirements.

    Your picture do not show if you have unlocked the prize on the track

    You can have enough items to buy the prize but if you have not unlocked it on the prizetrack, you will not be able to buy it until you hit that point in the track

    Update: I force-stopped the app and opened it again, and the glitch was still there, so I uploaded to the cloud, uninstalled the game, then reinstalled. Now all my recent progress is GONE! All my Sims have stopped what they were doing (crafting, working, etc) and all the social points and simoleons I just bought are GONE.

    I tried reinstalling again and my Sims were pitch black and white, they looked super creepy. Also, the game jumped me from level 54 to 5t and said I've reached the highest level. Since now there are 60 levels, I know it has recovered some old version of the game. Tried to download my saved data and it's not there. I'm so upset! Any ideas?
