Live Event / Candle Station

I am having the same issue as well. Whenever I click on to 'find' the station, it doesn't take me anywhere.

If you find a solution, could you please share it here? I'm still having the same problem. My only hope is that this problem will disappear when the game is updated.

Just to add, I have uninstalled and reinstalled already. I have logged in and out of fb, turned off and on my cloud save. 

I really hope someone can help us with this issue because we're already behind schedule to finish this event.

I tried them all too. But the result is negative. I emailed the game support team and it's been 2 days, no response. I don't think they'll come back anyway. They are very uninterested. We can't do the 'Apartment Duty' anymore and I stopped thinking about it. My only hope is that this bug will be fixed when the game is updated.

I have the same problem. I also contacted technical support on day one but I don’t get a response.

Same issue here. Clicking the “Find” button doesn’t do anything. I submitted a ticket through the app but haven’t heard back yet. Guess I’ll have to sit this live event out. 😕

Same. I got this error on day 1. Checked each day to see if it’s been resolved. Emailed support, no response yet. Disappointed. 

Hello, the technical support has answered me 2 times already and the 2 times he only told me to search in my homes. Something I’ve done before, over and over again. 
So I’m looking for common ground to understand this bug.
For me, the live event, Tudor and scholar, on January 3 was my first live event. I have put my manufacturing stations in my inventory after the event is over. Is that your case too?
