Please follow the steps below to report this issue to support:
- Go to submit a ticket after logging in: https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=46384
- Select the relevant issue such as "Crash when visiting Neighbour's town - Sim stuck"
- Complete the ticket, ensuring you include your player ID
- Await automatic response, and follow the instructions
- A Specialist will assist you
- Refrain from playing

I am not able to create a ticket because non of my game information will load. So what do I do?

@Axs2209Sxa3479 What exactly do you mean? On what stage of the ticket (Player/Device/issue/Summary) do you get stuck on?

The very beginning, I can't put in my game ID, because I can't access my game so in turn I can't create a ticket.

@Axs2209Sxa3479 Were you logged in with your Facebook/ Game Center/Google Play account? If you were, you can enter those details.
