I am not able to create a ticket because non of my game information will load. So what do I do?

@Axs2209Sxa3479 What exactly do you mean? On what stage of the ticket (Player/Device/issue/Summary) do you get stuck on?

The very beginning, I can't put in my game ID, because I can't access my game so in turn I can't create a ticket.

@Axs2209Sxa3479 Were you logged in with your Facebook/ Game Center/Google Play account? If you were, you can enter those details.

Yes, I was logged in with Facebook but no information came up. So I have no idea how I am supposed to create a ticket.
- Anonymous8 years agoI know its been a long time sice you had this issue. I have to ask if it was ever resolved, my game is doing this and has been doing this for 10 days now. Hooe this was fixed for you.
