@SandraSimms85 When did you submit the ticket? The response time really depends how many other help requests have been submitted, but I am sure a Specialist will get back to you as soon as possible.

@EA_Kristi it's been days now. Knowing that ea does not need to make a fuss about individual customers I'll quit. Working in journalism I know how many good games are online. You don't need me, I don't need you.

In the email Firemonkey sent will be a link. You can go to this link to check the statuse of your ticket and/or send them a note to ask any questions.

@martha4858 Thank you -I know that! I've been checking and asking and rechecking and asking again and again but completely ignored. What good are links and mails and Info and explanations when nobody answers? My request has been stewing there for days. Did anybody else with the same problem get support/solutions by now?
