10 years agoHi there. My sims freeplay game keeps crashing and when I press on it to load game to start playing it goes off and a box appears saying "unfortunately the sims freeplay has stopped". When I've read the rating for the game a lot of ppl seem to be having the same problem since installing the latest update (Halloween one). I've tried sending a report and email asking to fix it but hasn't hear anything back. Plz can someone help me thank u very much x

- Anonymous10 years agoI've sent numerous reports and emails to EA over the past 2 weeks bit haven't had any reply from them. I'm sorry I can't read the Spanish answers on here and I can't find any translate button either x

To send your reports, have you used the method EA_Kristi explains here?

- Anonymous10 years agoYes I've sent two reports via that method and I've not had any reply of feed back to even say if they have got my reports. I've tried deleting and reinstalling but it still won't work at all. I'm actually really quite disappointed with EA games as a company that is so big world wide- I would have thought they could at least get in touch with us and tell us if they can or can't fix our game. I've never had a problem like this b4 with the sims games and I've been playing them for years and years (now im showing my age 😜) I've noticed other gaming company's have replied to players that have written problems on the games ratings so I don't understand why EA can't reply the same. Have u had any luck with them yet? Xx
