I know this issue can be very frustrating because you are not able to play, or like @BKSTYL3, you can't finish the Halloween quest. ☹️ But you should have gotten an email from us when you sent your tickets. Could you please check your spam folder in case the emails are there?

10 years agoI will check my spam folder now thank u. I'm just worried that I will loose all the money I've spent on the game if I can't get it fixed and have to end up deleting game for good. As I really want to keep playing as I love the game so much and like I said this is the very first time I've ever had a problem with it in all the time ive played xxx
