I know this issue can be very frustrating because you are not able to play, or like @BKSTYL3, you can't finish the Halloween quest. ☹️ But you should have gotten an email from us when you sent your tickets. Could you please check your spam folder in case the emails are there?

I will check my spam folder now thank u. I'm just worried that I will loose all the money I've spent on the game if I can't get it fixed and have to end up deleting game for good. As I really want to keep playing as I love the game so much and like I said this is the very first time I've ever had a problem with it in all the time ive played xxx
