I know this issue can be very frustrating because you are not able to play, or like @BKSTYL3, you can't finish the Halloween quest. ☹️ But you should have gotten an email from us when you sent your tickets. Could you please check your spam folder in case the emails are there?

If you have uploaded your progress to the cloud recently, have you tried reinstalling the game? Keep in mind that could make you lose some progress. Don't do this if you never saved your store in the cloud or you will lose everything.
If you can't do that or it doesn't help, then I'm sorry but yes, you should wait until the next patch to keep playing ☹️
The date of the next patch hasn't been announced yet but we will let you know here as soon as possible when it will be.
