10 years agoI've just found a msg in my spam folder thank u. I'm just wondering as I have already done what it says about going back and looking at other answers instead of just reporting a bug - I have tried this already quite a few times and I've followed all instructions but it hasn't fixed anything at all and I still can't get onto my game at all so does that mean I just have to wait for the nxt update and hope it won't be too long and that it works nxt time? As the email I got says that I have to keep looking out for nxt update and which bugs are fixed. So does that mean I just can't play at all till then? When is the next update going to be avaliable? Thank u xx

If you have uploaded your progress to the cloud recently, have you tried reinstalling the game? Keep in mind that could make you lose some progress. Don't do this if you never saved your store in the cloud or you will lose everything.
If you can't do that or it doesn't help, then I'm sorry but yes, you should wait until the next patch to keep playing ☹️
The date of the next patch hasn't been announced yet but we will let you know here as soon as possible when it will be.
