Game freezes

Ever since the latest update my game keeps freezing, it's become unplayable. I'd like some help please.

    Have you tried switching to classic lightning instead og the enhanced setting? That have solved the freezing/crashing for some

    Green ... button > Options > scroll down to Graphics > use arrows to select Classic
