A few things you can try:
Make sure you’re signed into the same Apple ID/Game Center account you used before (sometimes iOS silently switches accounts).
Open Game Center settings and check that you’re still connected, then restart your phone and launch the game again.
Try tapping the other login options in the cloud menu (especially EA account) even if you don’t remember using them.
Avoid starting a new game for now because it can sometimes overwrite the cloud prompt.
If nothing appears after refreshing, it might be a cloud sync issue on EA’s side. May be game needs update.
Hopefully your save is still there since your achievements are showing, that’s usually a good sign.
