I use to play Sims free play about a week ago on my tablet now it says it's not compatible and it doesn't even come up in the play store when I search for it?

This issue may be due to a hardware incompatibility or possibly if you are running custom firmware on the device.

I am having the exact same issue with my 12.2 Wi-Fi. I hadn't used the tablet in about 6-8 months, but my daughter started playing Sims Freeplay on my wife's LG phone recently, and after playing it a bit I thought it would be fun enough to install on my 12.2 tablet. I pulled it out of the bag and the first thing I saw after booting it up was that there was a update available. Being Android, I thought as it was a fairly closed OS, it should not be a big deal. I did the update, and after rebooting, I went to the Google Playstore and searched for Sims Freeplay. The only thing I found was something about Freeplay and an LG TV. I went to Google, and found a link to the Playstore which had the latest version, and which was only the game. I tried installing it, but it said that the device wasn't compatible...?
Nothing I did would make it install, so I finally ended up calling EA support. Once they called me back, we discussed the issues, as well as many of the reports of problems the game is having since the latest update. He basically ended up saying (in effect) it seems to be an issue on Googles side, and gave me their number. I next called Google, and explained everything that I had found out previously. In the end he said that it was an issue with the update from EA, as the tablet is running the current OS, which is supposed to be compatible with the game... I did see in some reviews out there which stated that it did work on the Note 12.2 previously, before the update, so I am leaning in that (EA's) direction as being the cause of the current issues on this tablet, but I can't seem to get a straight answer from anyone.
I feel like the guy who is standing there looking at someone with his arms crossed pointing in both directions, saying "it's their fault" "No, it's Their fault!", back and forth. The game still works fine on the phone, so I don't know who to believe... I would just like it fixed so I can play it! PLEASE, No More Finger Pointing, just get it fixed! Oh, and my tablet is bone stock, with I think 2-3 apps installed, main one being Netflix, and maybe something from Amazon. Nothing which would conflict with the game as far as I can tell.
