Game keeps crashing :(

I updated my iPad (it’s new, not old) and now my sims FreePlay app keeps shutting down. I’m able to get into the app, but only for about 20/30 seconds before it crashes and closes down on me. I have more than enough storage space on my iPad as well and I have already turned off my iPad off and on again. Can someone from EA pls get in touch with me when able to. Thank you.
