Game keeps crashing

Ever since the update my game keeps crashing out.I am so fed up with this now.I have tried everything to rectify it but nothing works.I have played since the beginning and spent a lot of money over the years.I really think you should rectify this as soon as possible.It is so frustrating that I think I will give up playing .
