To start this quest you need a sim making clothes on a fashion studio. You can get a fashion studio at the promotions-r-us store next to the park.

Which quests are you currently working on? If you are already doing a timed quest you will not be able to start this one.

@martha4858 It's the task thing, The turtoral and that other social points one. I tried to click "enter here" on the sim that has that hobby (which is on level 6) and wouldn't let me. I tried actually doing the hobby and nothing. All I get is life points.

Are you doing the tutoral? If so you need to finish it to get other quests.

You mentioned the tutorial in your s cond post. Could you post a screen shot of your quests that are currently active please.

@martha4858 Thank you. I didn't understand at first because before I did finish the tutorial, and it just restarted but I decided to do it again, so I got the weekly quest now, and I just finished the hair quest. Thank you so much.

I'm in level 7 but I can't complete Love is in air I don't know how because it told me to make a family but I don't know how to make a family

The level is just when the quest becomes available. You still need to complete the three quests before this one. That includes the tutorial. Quests are done in the order they apear in your queue. Here is a link to help you. https://thegirlwhogames.wordpress.com/sims-freeplay/quests/

I would also suggest you read through this fourm to see some of the issue other players have had and how to fix or avoid them.
