Havent received in app purchases
Hello has anyone else experience not receiving your in app purchases? The recent game update has many bugs. I purchased the Incredible Offer 57! On June 15th and today I purchased the Special Offer 18! The first purchase was placed with a debit card the second purchase I use my Google points. I can't get my points back and I haven't received a refund or my purchases restored. This company has scammed me and gave me the run around asking me to submit the receipt and screenshot of my email. I have received nothing and I refuse to spend anymore money until the bug is fix,

If you haven't received your purchases, you'll need to get back in touch with the support team using these steps so they can continue looking into this with you. It sounds like you've done that once already, but you'll need to keep working with that team if this hasn't been resolved as we cannot make any changes via the forums.
