Help me please

Hi, i’m stuck at Level 10 in Sims FreePlay. My Sim count is 9/10, but the game won’t let me add a 10th Sim. it says i need to be Level 11 to unlock another Sim, but i can’t level up until i add one. ...

Is there a pregnant Sim in your town? If yes, that baby counts for your Sim count already and when it’s born, it will complete the task.
