HELP! Restore my Sims freeplay game back to level 54

Question

On July 23, 2015 my Sims Free Play game stopped on my Kindle Fire tablet......I was at level 54.....game cash at a minimum of $1,248,000.00......Life Points 248......Social Points a minimum of 300.....36 people! I was taken back to LEVEL 27.....minimum of $1,238,000.....Life Points 3.....Social Points 20.....People 20!

I had just completed the Camp Fire quest; finishing up on the Mall (only had a two stores left, one being the 'Classic clothing store) and the Juice Bar on the second level of the Mall; I had completed the Restaurant quest; was working on the hair quest......had purchased 2-story homes, etc. and so many more aspects of the Sims Free Play game at LEVEL 54 is JUST GONE!

I HAVE SPENT MY TIME AND REAL MONEY PLAYING THIS GAME ON MY KINDLE FIRE TABLET !

I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE MY GAME RESTORED!

I have been playing the Sims Free Play game since 2014, a little over a year ago on my Kindle Fire tablet.....and I buy my game parts/pieces through the game store from Amazon.com of which I am a Prime Member.

I have been in contact with Amazon.com Customer Service, Tech Support, App Store, etc......they have been trying to help me every since July 24, 2015.......I was referred to FireMonkeys.com (a developer of the game) where I left a request for help regarding this problem......I have had no return information regarding my problem and request except for a 'Welcome to FireMonkeys' email......I found out last evening that you EA were the developers of the game and was given the phone number and help support email to contact your company about my problem from the Tech Support at Amazon.com via phone.

I have spoken to various Customer Service personnel at Amazon.com via phone one being in the Caribbeans as we spoke that evening.......FRUSTRATED! FRUSTRATED! FRUSTRATED!

Amazon.com has been trying to help me up to now but is saying that the developers are the ones to be able to restore my game back to normal......The game took me back to LEVEL 27.....game cash $1,248,00 approx......3 Life Points.......20 Social Points.....20 people.......for awhile I did not download this level being offered because I felt I would lose even more......on yesterday Fri., 8/14/2015 I downloaded the level 27 that was presented thinking maybe this would restore my game to level 54 but did not!

I like my Sims Free Play game. PLEASE HELP ME!

At least you got something. My whole game is gone. Fire Monkeys responded but haven't been able to help because my game wasn't saved to the cloud.

Same happens to me I been playing since 2013 on level 54 sims freeplay I have tried Everything nothing works I am so Frustrated&nbsp; put a lot of time and money into this&nbsp; Game very disappointing&nbsp; I uninstall over and over hope it works still no Change now my level is 14 so Frustrated&nbsp; please help me&nbsp;
