Hobbies and career don't show in store

I'm at level 16, and I've done some progression quests and all, but I've reached the point where I'm doing the horse's quest and I have to buy a telescope, but the hobbies session just doesn't show in store and I didn't even know it existed util I asked a friend about it. I really need to know if it's a bug or if I need to do something for it to appear at the store, because I need the quest to level up. Obs: My account is very old, I have recently recovered it and I had done some quests before, so I don't know if this has something to do with that
