How can I get lifestyle points on Sims Freeplay without paying

From what the game say you can earn them by leveling up. Through forming relationship, in your daily gifts on the party boat(more neighbours more points) buying them and  finally using dogs or cats to dig them up

Have as many sims as you can do the cooking hobby. I usually have between 10 and 20 doing the hobby at two different houses I'v set up just for that. I have then do the 20 min cook and will get 5 to 10 LPs a day depending on how much time I spend on the game. If you have them do the one min cook you could probably get more.

I'm an iOS user and I want to know how to get five lifestyle points without using that much time in my iPad
