Sims Free play Sir Moleon's Purchase Not Received

I purchased a Sir Moleon's savings bundle about four days ago, and I'm yet to receive it. After the purchase was deducted from my MasterCard, I opened the Sims freeplay app to a message saying I had purchased a Sir Moleon's savings, and it would be credited to my Sims account, along side extra VIP points. Unfortunately, that never happened leaving me disappointed and confused for a while now. The debit has been made from my MasterCard, and since the Sims freeplay app acknowledged it, I should have been credited immediately. I've purchased the Sir Moleon's savings before, and I was credited immediately, so why is it different now? I restarted my phone, yet it didn't work. Please I'd appreciate if this issue can be addressed and fixed quickly. If you can't fix it, then I should be refunded. Thanks for all the amazing games you've provided over the years, and I look forward to hearing from you.

  • I do not know which bundle you are referring to

    If it is a bundle for daily bonuses, it will come in your mailbox once a day, not all at once

    You have chosen not to specify, so we can only guess

    If you did not recive it, cancel the purcahse with the store you used, App Store, Google Play or Amazon - depending on what device you use, which you have chosen not to disclose, so we can not say if this is typical for your kind of device or not

    most stores will do this if the purchase is revoked within 48 hrs but it might not be possible for you since you have let 96 hrs pass

    If you read the topic, and the beginning of my previous text, you'd notice that I did specify actually. I purchased the Sir Moleon's savings. Also, you can't cancel a purchase made from a MasterCard once the amount has been deducted. 

  • I do not recognise the package, must be an individual offer or another game , maybe the Sims Mobile?

    As I do not recognise it, I do not know what it should be or how the offer is structured

    Perhaps I should have phrased it as a refund reversal or return, not a cancellation

    You ask the store (App Store, Google Play or Amazon)you used to reverse the purchase

    The digital stores are like any other store, you can normally return an item and get your money back if the item is unused, within a certain time

    If you didn’t receive a purchase within 24 hours and didn’t get help from Online Support, you can contact your App Store/Google Play Store to get refund. 


    minicha-em, only newer players get this offer.  Not sure, when it started. The screenshot is from a town I started in February/March 2024.

  • @Sombae , this happened to me today and it’s my 3/3 Sir Moleon’s (so practically the last one) and it was 11.99€.
    The game told me I was all set but I never received my credits of 1.9M.
    And it was taken off of my account so thinking it was a little glitch and the 11.99 was going to be returned to my account, I purchased it again and it took off the same credit again 11.99€ and still received nothing!
    I even restarted my phone😕.
