Sims Free play Sir Moleon's Purchase Not Received
I purchased a Sir Moleon's savings bundle about four days ago, and I'm yet to receive it. After the purchase was deducted from my MasterCard, I opened the Sims freeplay app to a message saying I had purchased a Sir Moleon's savings, and it would be credited to my Sims account, along side extra VIP points. Unfortunately, that never happened leaving me disappointed and confused for a while now. The debit has been made from my MasterCard, and since the Sims freeplay app acknowledged it, I should have been credited immediately. I've purchased the Sir Moleon's savings before, and I was credited immediately, so why is it different now? I restarted my phone, yet it didn't work. Please I'd appreciate if this issue can be addressed and fixed quickly. If you can't fix it, then I should be refunded. Thanks for all the amazing games you've provided over the years, and I look forward to hearing from you.
