How can I go to santas workshop if there is no option on the sleigh
I am supposed to speak with pepper the elf and cannot get to santas workshop to do it please help I am on last two days and cannot finish it now

Usually you can find the needed NPCs at the simtracker.
I am having the same problem as well, Pepper is not even showing up in my sim tracker either, I paid a lot of real money as well to get ahead and finish the quest but all that has gone down the drain now as there is only about 19 hours left 😢😤
I went there but can’t get any action to do anything? What am I doing wrong?

@Oropher193227 İ went to the cottage and tapped Santa, bro hugged Santa and Pepper appeared in my sim tracker, I tapped pepper in sim tracker and it took me to santas workshop, I called my sim to santas workshop but then pepper and all the elves disappeared, I tapped the sleigh and went back to the cottage and pepper was there, I managed to finish the quest thanks to @ErinPW who helpedby telling me how to do this by explaining and telling me do this 🤗
