How do i play soccer in another sim town?

The soccer ball would be in the yard of a house on a patch of grass. If you only have the game neighbor then you will not find it in that neighborhood. You can add neighbors through Facebook or, if you're using an Apple device, Game Center. You also don't have to do the social quests. You can still play the game without getting the social points. There will just be some items in the home store you will not be able to buy and houses you won't be able to build. I played the game for a couple of years without doing the social tasks.
