How do you get downtown to the hospital

It asked me if I wanted to build the hospital so I did but now I can't get downtown to the hospital and I don't have the train built to get there. So how do I get there because I can't build anything else until I click it and finish building it.

I'd like..to know how you got downtown without building the express first? I'm building the express the I will be able to go downtown and build the hospital. I think you have a glitch

Hello,
I did the mistake of building the hospital(located downtown) before building the simville express to go to downtown! (now I can't build it because it says the hospital is in construction... What should I do?
