How long did it take them to fix your sunset mall issue?

How long does the sunset mall issue take to resolve? I submitted a ticket yesterday got the i itial reaponse then nothing since then meanwhile it says not to play the game u til they fix it and there...

Hey any luck I'm wondering same thing i did mine last night for the initial at first too ticket still says open and I even responded asking how long but no response .

Yea they a tually fixed it yesterday so like two days or so for me but others on here have said it took much longer so I hope yours is at least as fast as mine. Im having an issue with the potion cauldron now though submitted that ticket yesterday we'll see

    They actually just wrote me back apparently they had to get speciality person involved and can't say how fast turn around is on ticket since it now would take longer but promised to reply once ticket was fixed . Hopefully it's fast like yours
