How to restart quests

I am on level 19,and I did not done the quest A quest for toddlers.How can I restart quest to attempt another time to do it?

    Thanks!I made a mistake,and I finded answer.I toth that I played quest with toddlers,but I did not.I did not finished the quest with stables.

What do you mean? Have you started the quest? If you did not finish the quest in the time limit it only means you don't get the special prize. You can still complete the quest. The only way to start a quest over is to start the game over.
