I accidentally overrode my save data

I accidentally overrode my data!

I am signed up with the Sims Freeplay though Game Centre. The store was not working in the app, so I deleted the app and redownloaded it to get the AppStore to work. When I hit "Cloud Save" at the opening screen, I did not pay attention much to the bar. I went in and I was a whole level behind, and a whole quest was gone. I tried to deleting the app and redownloading the app, powering off my iPad, and backing up iCloud. Is there a way I can get back all of my data? 

P.S. In Game Center, it still has goals there that I completed 5 hours ago although it didn't show in the game.

P.P.S I have actually deleted and redownloaded the sims more than once since I got it, and nothing like this ever happened.
