I can't see the L-shaped room and car quest in the club

I'm level 56 and have no ongoing quests, but I can't see Lee.

are you level 7 or above?

Are you currently doing a discovery quest? if yes, you can not do a discovery quest at the same time as a featured quest. Finish the discovery quest and see if Lee is in the club
