App crashes when downloading saved game
After updating the Sims Freeplay app on my phone last week, it started crashing. Whenever I load the app, it force quits.
After following all troubleshooting steps (including deleting + reinstalling the app), the game now loads to the screen where it asks me to download my saved data/game. As soon as I tap “Download Saved Data,” the app force quits every time.
I was told this is a cloud save crash loop and that EA could fix it on their end. I reached out to support to no avail. Does anyone know how I can restore/fix my cloud save so I can continue playing?
