I want to have the wizard house.

i missed wizard's cottage because of the crystal ball crash. what should i do to get that? should i pay for it in the online store? can i?

now, what am i supposed to do to start potion brewing quest?

Game Crashed when I try to Examine the Crystal ball. Actually Crashes, Resets All Sims activities regardless of time left.

HI, 

I have just started the Saved by the Spell quest. When I go to examine the crystal ball in the park by the wizard it chucks me out of the game! And resets all my current sims tasks meaning I have to start them all again. GRRR. 

I then tried to use another crystal ball I had in my inventory but it did exactly the same. 

I switched my phone off. No change. 

I then deleted and reinstalled the app. No change. 

I am using an iPhone 6s with latest OS download and latest update of sims!

Has anyone else had this issue? And if so can you help me fix it? I've contacted Firemonkey but they said it'll take 2 weeks to respond and the clock is ticking for me to get the wizard house!! 

Any help would be appreciated.
